Data Analyst (Sales Support)

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a 8 month contract position in Roswell, GA.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for data entry, data consolidation, data clean-up and data analysis of customer data within SalesForce.com 2.
Provide support to teams by collecting and analysing data
Collaborate with various functional teams such as Marketing and ITS to achieve business results
Provide administrative support to regional sales representatives and the customers they serve in order to create a more efficient and effective sales force and maximize the amount of time reps spend in front of customers
Manage daily flow of customer-related administrative tasks
Order end user samples as requested by customer following sales rep visits
Resolve and appropriately channels customer complaints
Perform basic competitive cross referencing and research as requested by sales force
Assist in basic bid response tasks
Help manage and coordinate regional sales meetings

Skills:
3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service and/or a Sales Support function
Strong analytical capability and Microsoft Excel data management skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, set priorities, and manage projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of KCP BI/SAP info management systems
Able to build sustainable relationships (internal and external)
Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
