Data Analyst - R-Studio/Python (4615)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Data Analyst - R-Studio/Python (4615)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 7 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS ANALYSIS, PORTFOLIO OPTIMISATION, QUANTITATIVE MODELLING OR QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH ROLE, PREFERABLY IN A BANK
- STRONG IT SKILLS, EXPERIENCED IN USE OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE SERVERS TO PROCESS DATA AND UTILISE MACHINE LEARNING ALGORITHMS IN A TIMELY MANNER
- PROFICIENT USE OF R-STUDIO AND/OR PYTHON SOFTWARE PACKAGES ON DATA ANALYTICS/TEXT MINING
- Team player and proven ability to lead virtual teams
- Fluent in English

Your Responsibilities:

- Help drive cost and shareholder value optimisation initiatives using innovative AI and pattern recognition techniques, quantitative modelling, and large amount of granular data
- Ensure timely delivery of key tasks and milestones
- Using machine learning techniques to import, analyse and systematically identify optimisation opportunities with high model accuracy
- Identify optimization actions with multi-dimensional value drivers including demand and supply
- Use high-performance Servers to process the large amount of data and to utilise machine learning algorithms in a timely manner
