ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Looking for a Data Analyst/Project Manager to help drive improvements by aligning processes to customer expectation.

Will be responsible for utilizing superior quantitative, analytical and computing skills to extract data from the various systems and transform the data into meaningful reports for consumption at various levels of the organization. Will be responsible for the coordination and orchestration of cross-functional teams to achieve business goals by leading projects. Help teams launch new products, tap into new markets, validate and streamline processes, and help the company be front runner in one of the most exciting technology driven industries.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assume ownership of assigned areas of analytics working with internal and third party teams to align expectations and output
Create and own model for resource forecasting model working with regional leads
Work with multiple groups to define key reporting metrics, identify information sources, maintain existing reporting and work with teams to modify reports and analytics based on needs of the evolving business
Act as a subject matter expert with respect to data and its use in measuring and improving business objectives
Lead projects from initiation through implementation: planning, analysis, design development, implementation and retrospectives.
Manage projects tasks: planning, regular reporting, meetings and communication, following-up on tasks, identifying risks and keeping resources and efforts focused to deliver priorities on-track.
Proactively work identifying and resolving issues that present risks to on-time implementation of programs or projects
Communicate and report to management and stakeholders status and issues and risks of projects
Develop processes and tools that encourage continuous performance improvements

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, forecasting skill
Experience with support center metrics and systems
Ability to successfully drive and influence groups across all levels of the organization
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex and sometimes confusing information into succinct executive summaries
Project management expertise
Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills (ie Project, Office, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel)
Experienced at creating and maintaining all process relevant documentation: requirements documents, process flows, data mapping, standard operation procedures
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and direct team members in completion of complex projects
Self starter, motivated and independent requiring limited day-to-day guidance
Previous experience developing forecasting models
Knowledge of supply chain, cell phone industry and reverse logistics metrics

Potential travel, domestic and/or international

Additional favorable languages: Portuguese or Spanish
Experience in a dynamic and Matrix style organizations
BS degree and 4-10 years experience
MBA with Operation, Supply Chain, or Finance concentrations
