DATA ANALYST - CONTRACT - BRISTOL - GOOD RATE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participating/leading meetings with stakeholders to map budgets to equipments

Stakeholder mapping. - Maintaining records of meetings and a tracker of subsequent data submissions by stakeholders.
- Collating data submissions into an Excel-based database, including cleansing, normalising and analysing the submissions.
- Support on developing a methodology to allocate equipment budgets to Classes for equipment which is found on more than a single class.
- Mapping the suppliers and contracts involved in the provision of equipment to MOD
-Support on report writing.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Strong data analysis and data presentation skills, including a good grasp of Excel (no particular need for knowledge of VBA).
- Good stakeholder management/interpersonal skills.
- Some Accounting/Finance experience (accreditation useful but not mandatory).
- High attention to details is a key part of the role.

Ideally experience of other data analytics tools like Omniscope, although this is not a must have. - Ideally knowledge of the Ships OC, including Maritime Platform Systems, Maritime Combat Systems and Ships Support (Alliance).
