For our client, a multinational automotive market leader, we are currently looking for a Data Analyst (w / m).

Project description

- support European Customer ID Resolution to build a single, complete and actionable view of the customer. The objective of the project is to create a unique Customer profile matching customer data from different data sources of European Marketing, Sales and Service operations.
- will work closely with the European Data Operations Team and the global Customer ID Resolution Team to define, implement and test rules for matching customer data from various European data sources into a unique customer record (unique Customer Account Profile).
- Individual matching rules must be created and tested to cover aspects like customer name, address, phone, email, private/business customer flag and other elements.

Desired Skills

- Must have:

experience with SQL database queries and SQL databases

- nice to have:
- Meta Data Management (MDM)
- Data Management & Data Storage
- Hadopop (Hive, Pig), IBM QualityStage
- working with Customer Data in the Marketing & Sales domains
- very good English, German is nice-to-have
