Data Analyst (m/f)

-Address data assessment from external data sources and search logs
-Perform sample test runs - single and batch mode - and derive quality tuning recommendations
-Analyse country- & region-specific conventions regarding their addressing conventions
-Support monitoring activities with regard to quality and consistency of the search results
-Support cross-divisional efforts for data and geocoding quality assessment
-Get to know the data specs and engage with the data management organization
-Suggest new technologies, tools and process improvements to shorten the cycle time for search quality improvements and to automate User Acceptance Testing
-Benchmark competitive functions to identify missing or wrong information and functions for our services
-Collaborate within an Agile Development environment
-Identify data gaps and help in identifying and qualifying additional data sources to fill these gaps
-Undergraduate degree in Science and/or Technology
-Analytical strength
-Proficiency in performing software analysis and communicating technical issues to business owners
-Knowledge about addressing conventions globally, and particularly the Korean schemata in use
-Fluency in the English and Korean language (spoken and written)
-Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and its analytics functions
-Hands-on experience with SQL and XML
-Experience in querying large scale databases
-Knowledge of map data specification and/or competitors is an advantage
-Proficiency in writing technical documentation
