Data Analyst / Junior Data Project Manager

A global real estate organisation based in Central London is looking for a Data Analyst / Junior Data Project Manager on a 6 month contract basis to start within the next 2 weeks.

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Junior Data Project Manager who has experience of working within the Real Estate industry - specifically real estate data but also Renewals, Notices, Breaks and Rent reviews. This role will suit a candidate who has technical data experience and looking to step into a project management role.

As the Data Analyst / Junior Data Project Manager you will work as part of a Programme team on client focused global mobilization project. Your role with involve overseeing the extraction of data from SAP / Legacy systems, migrating, formatting and cleansing the data into the new system - Tramps (TBS / Trace Solutions).

The technical migration element of this role is controlled by an off-shore technical team who extract, format, cleanse and load the data in the new system. The emphasis for the Data Analyst / Junior Data Project Manager would focus around the stakeholder engagement with the offshore team, internal management and the client to ensure the data is correct and as required. You will audit / validate the offshore team to make sure there work is of highest order.

Candidates wishing to apply for the Data Analyst / Junior Data Project Manager will have a technical data background within the Real Estate / Property Management sector. Ideally with experience of contract data. Candidates who are looking to step into a project management role from a data background are encouraged to apply.

Rate: £200 - £250 per day
