Data Analyst - Junior

This role would provide data analysis and reporting services and support to two teams.

Responsibilities would include:

Review/Analysis of Security Incident Logs/database
Review/Analysis of reports/data related to restaurant profitability and security measurements
Reporting of trends and correlations

Assistance with measuring software field test results:

o Review/Analysis of Help Desk tickets and other incident reports; creating rolled up reports and summaries
o Reviewing/summarizing upgrade results
o Potentially contacting restaurants to follow up on test results, collecting feedback, reporting/summarizing

Compiling and summarizing restaurant information
Providing usage reporting for web application by reviewing logs, etc.
Assistance in investigating issues related to application data, for example: reviewing restaurant level menu item data or time punch data or employee records
Most data will be in .CSV or MS Excel format.
The individual is welcome to leverage MS Access or some other tool for data manipulation (if available). No specific tool will be mandated.
