Data Analyst Job

DATA ANALYST (SQL Reporting for Gaming company) is needed for a long-term CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Analyzing big data from SQL Databases to report either new or improve existing gaming strategies with developers

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Able to analyze raw data from SQL databases (required) or using BI tools (eg Tableau, etc.) and translate into technical specifications to developers
- Interfacing with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams, SME and stakeholders

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum of three (3) years enterprise data analyst with big data in either Financial, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Gaming, etc.
- Able to communicate effectively between technical (ie developers, testers), non-technical (ie users, general staff) as well as cross-functional audiences
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related Engineering industries

BONUS POINTS!

- Gaming industry or passion for gaming industry, but not required, open to social media or entertainment as well.
- Data modelling or data analyst related
- Business Intelligence (Big Data), we use Tableau.
