Data Analyst HR Workday

We are urgently looking for a Data analyst on HR Workday. This is a contract position for about 6 months with the possibility to extend. Location Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Please be aware of the deadline Friday the 10th of August at 2:30 PM CET.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In this role you are responsible for collecting and cleansing data from the current HR systems across 13 countries. You will ensure that the data is extracted in the correct format to upload onto Workday.

You are the main contact point for the local country HR contacts for queries they might have.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Migration; support and co-coordinate the end to end data migration process for all phases; assist with populating data collection templates and conversation activities
- Data quality; provide support related to data extraction and cleansing, data mapping as well as validating the data
- Integration; Understand data requirement for interfaces and provides issue resolution where required.
