Data Analyst - HR wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Understanding of database models and design with the ability to carry out data quality control and validation
- Technical flair regarding configuration of applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Access and Project
- Knowledge of HR systems and SAP is advantageous
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting the HR Business Technology team in everyday business activities
- Assisting in implementation of a new HR business solution powered by a cloud-based technology
- Analysing data discrepancies for improving data quality
- Monitoring data transfer between Workday and SAP as well as configuring HR applications
