Data Analyst - Financial Services.

My client is seeking a Data Analyst to source and analyse data and related information to produce meaningful MI and control processes to ensure that headcount is reported and targets met. The scope includes all business across Finance, HR and Group. You will be proficient in excel and word and be confident to present your findings to Senior Management.

Day to day duties will include:
- Collation of pre defined datasets from several data sources and in varied formats
- Examination and validation of data
- Monitoring trends and underlying data, identification of hotspots and produce recommendations
- Investigate and resolve conflicts
- Provide insight to support data so that Senior Stakeholders/Management have a clear view of trends

The successful candidate will be capable of working under pressure to tight deadlines and be flexible with there working day. You will have a strong analytical and problem solving mind.
