Data Analyst (Excel, SQL)

Our client is looking for an experienced Data Analyst. It is essential you have strong excel and SQL experience and available immediately.
Be the point of contact for all live queries on the website, and work with the relevant teams to resolve.
Take full ownership of customer feedback in particular from Rate this Page.
Support HSC teams to manage product induction and merchandising for all new lines, providing sign off where required and against defined targets and deadlines
Work with key stakeholders across Marketing, web development, Operations and IT to land key projects onto the website.
Monitor availability alongside the store ordering insight teams.
Be a product and merchandising systems super user - adopt the role of business expert for key commercial range and product induction systems
Manage the set up and inputting of product attributes.
Has a meticulous eye for detail, you will need to have a logical and analytical approach.
Proven IT and/or operational experience
Analytical - strong excel skills, with SQL and data warehouse experience desirable.
Proven ability at delivering things on time and to a high standard in a fast, creative and dynamic environment.
In depth knowledge of product information management and merchandising systems ideal.
Ability to identify efficiencies and improvements to ways of working.
