DATA ANALYST CONTRACT
DUBLIN

ROLE
Methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based. The definition of requirements for improving any aspect of the processes, systems and quantification of potential business benefits.
The creation of viable specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the construction of information and communication systems.
You will be responsible for evaluations, analysis, data definitions an input into maintenance of same, functional business requirements,
target operating model requirements,
input/assistance to partner program use cases,
business/user acceptance testing co-ordination,
user training and program implementation support as required.
Liaise with Enterprise Data Management re Property Casualty DM global and local reference data including evaluations, analysis, PC DM partner program reference data definitions and provide input into the on-going maintenance/roll out of the Reference Data Management/Master Data Management target state solution.
Provide senior business data analyst level support to Enterprise Data Management/Partner programs with Property Casualty IP for all areas of data including reference and master data.
Responsible for the production of SDLC artifacts such as Business Requirement Documents, Use Cases, Master Test Plans etc.
REQUIREMENTS
Financial services operations, customer, data and or technology experience.
Experience as a Business data analyst responsibility in complex integrated systems environment.
Business process design, assessment and or re-engineering.
Data domain, data standards, and or data aggregation experience including exposure to principles of data management, master data management, data quality and associated tools experience.
Experience with performance measurement, analysis and metrics related experience
Change management/implementation and planning experience.
Working knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing including entity relationship
