DATA ANALYST, 6 MONTHS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY, EDINBURGH.

Our client a leading global asset management organisation is seeking a Data Analyst to work on a contract basis in their Edinburgh office.

Key skills:

- Experience in writing queries using Business Objects, MS Access, SQL and VB Scripting/macros.

Key responsibilities:

- The Data Analyst remit is to support the business in data extraction, analysis and reporting, on an ad-hoc basis, responding to requests from across the business.
- Working in close association with Data Admin they also support data exception and integrity checking across systems and write and test script to support mass data upload.
- Provide support for UDTs, macros and Excel spreadsheets and perform triage and Superuser role for workflow and metadata.
