In the Business Analysis & Data Analysis team within Surcharges Production Management, a Senior Data Analyst with experience in the field of SQL and knowledge of the Surcharge landscape is being sought. You will work in a dynamic environment on the cutting edge of business and technology. Your activities are focused on making analyses to improve the production processes of Surcharges.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you develop the approach for analyses about our (production) processes. You then translate your analysis into a solution and in a team of highly skilled professionals, you actually implement it and implement it using the available instruments and products. In addition, you act as a source of information for the other data analysts inside and outside the team and you think along with you about the development and direction of data analysis within both Surcharges and production management.

At Surcharge production management, the Business Analysis and Data Analysis department is responsible for making business value transparent and translating these insights into solutions. They do this by having knowledge about citizens, processes and system operation and making optimum use of them in order to improve the processes and the quality of the data. In addition, they provide stakeholders with advice by making analyses. They are also responsible for coming up with semi-automated solutions and initiating their implementation. As a data analyst of the team you initiate and participate in projects and you work closely and intensively with experts in the field of business analysis, mass and automated processing and IT. At the moment, there are already a dozen of these specialists active at Supplements (which are 3 in production management), which are characterised by commitment and commitment and customer satisfaction are of paramount importance.
