Description:
Ensure adhoc insights & recurrent reports based on several datasources. Insights & reports are mainly related on commercial activities and based on online behavioral data, CRM data & Sales data.
Responsibilities:
The Data Analyst is responsible for:
* Aligning with the internal client (from commercial, sales, project team) on the request and the relevant analysis or reports
* Gathering the necessary available data (oracle database of Marketing BI environment, Back Office database, online behavior tore of our personalization tools, SAS Dataset,) in collaboration with Data Management Team and experienced colleague.
Making some basic quality checks on these data.
* Programming the integration and the key statistical indicators with SAS, SQL, SQL for Big Data and Python.
* Adding the Business interpretation in collaboration with the internal client and translate them in actionable learnings.
Technical skills:
* Strong analytical skills
* Min 3 years experience in programming with SAS, SQL & SQL for Big Data is required. Experience in programming with Python is an advantage
* Knowledge of online & offline commercial reports target, reached, attribution, combination of touchpoints, identification of visitor,)
* Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
Personal skills:
* Team player and also ability to work autonomously
* Passive knowledge of French & Dutch
