Data Analyst with profound Health Economics & Outcomes Research knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Master or PhD in Economics, Pharmacy, Biostatistics, Econometrics, Statistics or Mathematics with strong focus on analytics
- 5+ years of practice in HE&OR modelling including HTA submissions, meta-analysis, Kaplan-Meyer analysis as well as program development and user guides, preferably from a HE&OR consultancy, academia, public sector or life science industry
- Background in developing HE&OR strategy to support value proposition development for innovative medical products with strong experience in performing statistical/mathematical modelling using decision tree analysis, Markov Modelling and Discrete event simulations
- Good understanding of clinical development and the needs of Health Technology Assessments from development programs and clinical trials
- Know-how in cost data analysis and Real Word Data analysis from either retrospective or prospective observational studies
- Familiarity with a global payer environment, including coverage and reimbursement, pricing and contracting as well as formulary management and health technology assessment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Coordinating the development of cost/value drivers, epidemiology, efficacy, and further information required to populate models with the Centres of Excellence, EVGH, Outcomes Research and Global Market Access Teams
- Establishing early assessments of a product's economic viability and developing health economics models in collaboration with various teams
- Estimating clinical evidence for Value Proposition and Health Economics modelling as well as model structure, inputs parameters and sensitivity analyses
- Managing the development of complementary evidence with meta-analyses, ITC, MTC and RWD studies
- Organising the collection of cost data at different product development stages to support Valuing Messages and the development of Health Economics models
- Collaborating with the EVGH, Centres of Excellence and Global Market Access Team members in supporting the needs for Health Economics modelling and assessments that can support brand value evaluation
- Providing feedback to the design of clinical programs and conducting early HTA scientific advice in collaboration with GPTs
