Data Analyst

Will be working with Excel to download information from a Database and then spot checking for errors. In addition, they will be assisting with documents and steps for process and procedures that will be put into a web portal.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

- Run reports in Archibus as requested.
- Gather, prepare and correct data within the Archibus database upon request.
- Support the drafting of procedures and training material.

SECONDARY JOB DUTIES:

- Draft buildings in AutoCAD 2012 from existing drawings that are currently in an older version of AutoCAD or some other format.
- Polyline AutoCAD drawings and upload into Archibus.

SKILLS:

The ideal candidate would have data analysis/data mining skills with a strong Excel background and able to work with documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Draft drawings of buildings in AutoCAD. Work with Archibus Database to upload primarily NYSEG drawings.
- Potential travel

DESIRED SKILLS:

- AutoCAD drawing, Understanding of Archibus, Data Analyst background
- 2-5 years' experience in Facilities/Real Estate
