Data Analyst

Work on automating the data collection process used to gather information from partners and need to have visibility into that data. Will be gathering data from Excel and moving it to SQL.

DESCRIPTION

- Track requests and Deliverables
- Identify new sources of data Secure access to data sources
- Determine data accuracy and usefulness
- Refine Tier structure
- Refine application list
- Define requirement for tool integration (BAC, Ops Ware, OpenView, Onaro, Clarity, Team websites, etc.)
- Define integration paths with Change Management
- Define structure and process to manage configuration files (Application and Service Mapping in DDM)
- Work with project team to develop Asset Management processes and procedures in application of HP Asset Center
- Define processes to Improve the quality of data (standards)

ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED

- 1-2 years Data Analysis Experience.
- Data analysis, experience with data modelling/data schemas
- ETL experience
- Oracle or SQL Server experience
- Visio for diagramming, and Excel.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups), Intermediate SQL
- Strong Communication Skills for weekly status reporting
- Strong organizational skills
