MUST HAVE SKILLS: Proficient in the use of SAP Analytics software or equivalent tool, with advanced SQL programming knowledge. High proficiency in Excel; ability to create formulas in Excel and manipulate data/create charts. Proficient in the use of Tableau to capture data and produce reports.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working in conjunction with related teams, gather requirements on what should be measured for IT Service Management.
- Analyze the various sources of data to ensure data quality and determine what can be measured.
- Establish assumptions (when data is not readily available or when there are discrepancy in the data)
- Establish data source/reporting sources throughout the org and ensure consistent definitions and nomenclature
- Implement collection and reporting tools
- Continually monitor for metric improvements
- Create requirements for the Data Analytics team when gaps appear in the data sources
- Work with the Sr. Business Analyst to create a comprehensive Tableau report for consumption by Sr. Executive management and Technology Directors and their direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
- 5+ years experience required
- Proficiency in the use of SAP Analytics software or equivalent tool, with advanced SQL programming knowledge
- Proficiency in the use of Tableau to capture data and produce reports
- High proficiency in Excel; ability to create formulas in Excel and manipulate data/create charts
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
- Must be highly analytical
- Proficiency in the use of MS Word and MS Project
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
