Data Analyst

DATA ANALYST - B2C - SPSS - EXCEL - DATA MINING - DATA ANALYTICS (BIGDATA) - MARKETING - TABLEAU

Our well known Digital Media and Broadcast client requires a Data Analyst to sit within the Insights and Data Analytics team, where you will be responsible for using your experience with Tableau and SPSS or similar tools to contribute towards designing and developing reports, dashboards, models and other analytical assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Play a vital role in enabling large and complex data sets to be presented and accessed in a simple and intuitive format for all users
- Design and develop data mining, visualisation and analytics at the customer level to gain a better understanding of the programmes audience
- Develop and refine campaign management and segmentation models for use in direct marketing activity
- Provide analytical support in developing and delivering campaign tests and other key projects as required
- Develop, monitor and report on effectiveness of segmentation models

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Demonstrates passion for and deep knowledge of advanced data analytics as an experienced practitioner with proficiency in Data mining, analysis, visualization and interpretation, Management of data sources and reports, Integration of data and reports into reporting frameworks, development of new analysis/reporting solutions
- Strong experience of using statistical modelling tools (SAS, SPSS etc) and predictive analytics and highly advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build rapport and credible, trusted and strong working relationships
- Experience in the field of direct and digital marketing, within broadcasting, digital media, advertising agency or service industry with a similar consumer and audience focus
