Provide support to Data Consultant and Project Managers by compiling, cleaning, validating, and summarizing data from various formats and sources to evaluate impact of ACA and other factors on membership. Perform exploratory data analysis, identifying patterns, trends, features, and outliers. Filter data and review reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems. Access and manipulate large databases to produce routine and ad hoc reports. Provide data and database development, maintenance, and production support. Strong analytical skills with ability to organize, analyze and distribute information with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to think creatively and strategically in identifying and understanding customer data requirements.
Experience Level: Bachelors degree in a Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Operations, Research or related field. 3-5 Years of direct experience working with large data files. At least 3 - 5 years experience using SAS and/or 5-7 years using SQL. Excel power user.
Skill Set: Business analysis, Business process modelling.
