JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Identify problematic areas and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the problem.
- Write business requirements for DMG projects (to include, for example, automating the product SKU and Unknown Product processes).
- Provide insights on execution to plan variances.
- Understand, analyze and interpret large amounts of data; interpret and link trends and conclusions to DMG goals and as appropriate, objectives.
- Develop recommendations based on findings.
- Identify inconsistencies, root causes for data inaccuracies, and recommend improvement opportunities for the DMG team in order to be efficient in their daily activities as well as improvements to processes and organizations outside of DMG that are related to DMG work activities.
- Present trends and conclusions in charts, graphs, pivot tables or spreadsheets, so management can easily understand the information using statistical tools such as Excel.
- Review current data, systems and processes to continuously add value; work with development teams or other data groups to specify required improvements to systems.
- Create and present quality dashboards.
- Generate routine and adhoc charts and reports.
- Derive metrics for activities and processes that track improvements to measure success.
- Perform various other assignments as delegated or assigned.
