Projektbeschreibung
- Manages data within spreadsheets and action tracking programs, including Catsweb and TRACs, including closeout quality checks, police queries for abnormal data or lost items.
- Prepares and edits Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and project scorecards.
- Drafts and edits procedures and coordinates the associated procedure reviews and approvals.
- Prepares and coordinates meeting materials for review at an executive level.
- Maintains website(s) with up-to-date information and associated links.
- Monitors department budget and reconciles budget versus forecast and actuals.
SKILLS
MUST HAVE the following experience/skills:
Must have at least 5 years of experience as an Analyst in a fast-paced environment and at least a 2 year degree; 4-year degree preferred. Good knowledge of MS Office 2010 is essential.
