Data Administrator Job

ADVANCED DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT position with Yoh's client located in Brea, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:

- 45% of the job will be scoped to support Incentive Compensation (processing, problem solving, administration)
- 45% of the job will be scoped to support global HR systems support. (consulting, executing, implementing solutions.)
- 10% of the job will be scoped to support ad-hoc requests.
- Xactly Administration: Running preset processes, Implementing and adjusting Plans, Rules, Formula, Rates, Quota, Positions, Review Data and Statements d. Importing/Exporting Data e. Create and run reports with Analytics Dashboard

What You'll Be Doing:

- What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Experience with Compensation/Incentive/Commission Tools such as Incent Xactly or similar financial compensation tools.
- Experience, VBA and SQL proficiency
- Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
- Two to three (2-3) years of experience with strong financial/operational systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Business Objects.
- Knowledge of SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and PMLC (Project Management Life Cycle)
