My client are a global financial services client. They are currently seeking an experienced data administrator to join their highly successful team. The candidate will be responsible for on-boarding external clients on to external electronic trading platforms.
Responsibilities;
- The go to person for all queries/deal with clients requests
- Ensure and monitor sales
- Document and develop efficient work practices
- Ensure company procedures are followed
- Manage reporting
- Assist with the implementation of systems
Key Skills;
- Experience of one of the following; office administration, data administration/support, operations analyst, data controller or financial analyst
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- Previous banking or financial services experience beneficial
- Experience customer on boarding/electronic applications sign ups
- Desire to work in a deadline oriented department
- Strong excel skills is advantageous
