DAAT Project Worker - East London

Our client has job vacancies for a DAAT Project Worker to work in East London. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £12-15 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Managing a caseload of individual clients.
- Completing and submitting reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Providing structured one to one brief interventions, using relevant recognised theoretical models.
- Working closely and effectively in partnership with family members, carers, the community and other agencies.
- Planning, organising and delivering structured one to one interventions with clients with problematic substance misuse.
- Providing community based outreach to enable individuals from the eligible clients group to actively engage treatment, recovery and wrap around services.

Requirements:
All applicants must have at least 2 years recent experience working within a Substance Misuse role. You must have experience working in an outreach role, working in a one to one role using a case management approach, working in a team and working in one to one support. You must also have experience in project management and using IT systems including case management systems.
