Cybersecurity Framework Specialist (NL/FR/ENG)

Proteus Europe is searching for a Cybersecurity Framework specialist for a 12 month contract role based in Brussels, Belgium.

Your New role:

The mission will consist of different tasks:

1. Develop a method to translate the NIST Cyber Security Framework (sub)categories in relevant questionnaires usable for maturity assessments;
2. Organize, lead and report on workshops with the different NBB entities and use the questionnaires to establish a NIST Cybersecurity Framework as-is profile;
3. Assist the Bank in translating the management accepted risk profile into a framework target profile;
4. Assist the Bank in performing the gap-analysis between the as-is and target profile;
5. Assist the Bank in translating the gap-analysis into specific projects and a roadmap;
6. General project management and follow up;

Your Skills and experience:

Essential Skills:

1. A NIST Cybersecurity maturity assessment tool.
2. A NIST Cybersecurity as-is maturity profile.

LANGUAGES:

- French/Dutch: passive knowledge (understanding).
- English (understanding/reading/writing technical documentation): active knowledge.

GENERIC SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:

- Team player.
- Communicative.
- Independent worker.
- Discreet.
- Organizational skills to plan and structure the work.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

- Minimum more than 1 year of proven experience with (cyber) security framework

Knowledge of Cyber Security Frameworks

o NIST core framework (mandatory)
o ISO 27002
o COBIT
o The CIS Critical Security Controls for Effective Cyber Defence

- Knowledge of project management
- Number of relevant certifications in the field of information security

The consultant must dispose of a proven experience in the implementation of a Cybersecurity framework

The consultant should provide relevant references in the financial or public sector.

Each consultant must:

- Sign a non-disclosure agreement to guarantee that information obtained during and within the context of the mission remains property of the bank and will not be disclosed.
- Describe the methodology used to achieve the different tasks.
