Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a CUTOVER MANAGER for our client in Switzerland.
CUTOVER MANAGER, required for an initial 18 months project in Switzerland.
REQUIRED
* Experience in an ITSM solution rollout on a large scale/global organization
* Familiarity with ITSM processes (eg ITIL)
* Ability to communicate confidently with senior IT stakeholders
* Experience in coordinating cutover activities of a wide team of stakeholder, functional and technical experts
* Lifescience/Pharma knowledge is an add-on (especially GxP/validation/CSV)
* Service Now knowledge would be perfect
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
* Location: Switzerland
* Remote work: Not possible at this stage
* Start: ASAP/May
* Duration: December 2018
* Workload: Full time
* Languages: English; German nice-to-have
