Cutover Lead

For our international client with its headquarter in Basel, Switzerland, Experis is currently looking for a Cutover Lead to start on a new project. The project will focus around ensuring cutover readiness of new ServiceNow processes and tools, and therefore requires that the candidate is experienced in IT cutover strategies. The successful candidate should also be able to start on May 21st

ROLE:

- Planning and tracking all activities and deliverables related to the agreed cutover readiness milestones
- Ensuring closely aligned integration with the other project work streams: especially Product, Core & Foundations who are accountable for Functions state of readiness
- Assessing and managing cutover readiness at pre-defined checkpoints
- Drive the cutover readiness of the new processes and tools in the receiving Functions
- Communicate cutover status to stakeholder groups

SKILLS:

- 8+ years of profound knowledge experience of IT cutover strategies and best practices
- 5+ years of profound knowledge experience in IT Project Management methodologies
- Successful project cycle(s) in delivering/leading IT cutovers
- Service Management IT industry knowledge
- Knowledge of ServiceNow advantageous

LOCATION: Basel (on-site, no remote work is allowed)

START DATE: May 21st, 2018 (flex) up to December 31st, 2018 (full time)
