IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Issue excise duty declarations in particular cases (e.g. transport differences, taxation of petrol coke, return deliveries)
-Report monthly statistical data related to shipments via pipeline to customs authorities
-Check and report transportation losses of shipments under the regime of tax suspension
-Account reconciliation related to registered stockholder licenses
-Communication in case of particular incidents, e.g. information of stakeholders as well as of customs authorities
-Answer customs and excise audit requests under consideration of a more in-depth and more tax technical approach by the customs authorities, including obtaining , analysis and forwarding of documents as the analysis of bookkeeping data
-Creation of reports for the monthly compliance activities like pipeline movements and transportation losses
-Creation of long term supplier`s declarations and support in day-to-day questions related to the origin and preferential status of goods
-Verify data consistency of stock balances by comparing data from third party warehouses to tax bookkeeping
-Coordination of tax audit activities co-operating closely with other tax team members, Finance department and businesses in order to reply on requests of the various auditors in due course
-Analysis of documents/documentation collected from stakeholders enabling a timely and complete reply on requests from the auditors
-Assist in the development of possible defence strategies to mitigate risks together with the Senior Manager direct tax and the Senior Customs and Excise Advisor
-Ensure compliance with existing laws, code of conduct and tax operating statement
-Support to consistently meet all legal requirements – even at a materially higher degree
-Help to sustain its long standing positive relations with the customs authorities
-Ensure ongoing customs and excise support in other day-to-day matters

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Relevant studies
-Customs administration experience
-Solid knowledge of SAP MM and FI
-Profound experience in MS Office
