- 3 month rolling contract paying to £650 per day. My client is one of the world leaders within transport.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMER VISION LEAD, CUSTOMER VISION MANAGER, TRANSPORT:
- Exceptional senior customer service management experience, in a large service organisation - particularly in public transport.
- Bidding for major service operations contracts.
- Customer service strategy design, implementation and measurement.
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams - including consultants and sub-contractors
- Business case development and analysis
- Excellent communication and consultation skills - internally and externally focussed
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
