Customer Value Manager

My client a who is Credit Card lending bank one of the big names in sub-prime lending are currently looking for a Customer Value Manager (sas, Optimisation) to join their ever growing analytics team.

Responsibilities

- To increase the profitability and performance of the portfolio's through optimisation
- Develop and enhance Customer Value Management (CVM) strategies to increase the profitability of the existing card portfolio
- Manage credit limits, pricing, P&L policies
- Create MI reports for portfolio underlying drivers and trends, including profitability and customer lifecycle view

Required

- Extensive knowledge of SAS
- Understanding of data sourcing
- Analytical approach with problem solving
- Ability to find trends, build predictive models and provide recommendations to improve optimisation of portfolio's
- Excellent stakeholder engagement

Salary

£30,000 - £50,000
