Customer Trading Manager

CUSTOMER TRADING MANAGER required to work for a large telecommunications company based in Berkshire.

The Customer Trading Manager sits with Base Marketing and covers, new Propositions, Trading and In-Life Propositions.

Propositions support
The Customer Trading Manager will understand the profile of the Contract Handset base coming out of contract and wanting to upgrade using customer cube (an excel pivot) and other research sources
Understanding the Contract voice SIM base behaviours and movements
Produce a quarterly brief for the Handset team using insights about the base coming out of contract, current upgrade performance and input from other team members

Weekly and Monthly Trading
Target setting - work through monthly commercial targets for retention teams based upon the Budget KPI's, performance analysis and new handsets & pricing
The Customer Trading Manager will work with other team members and channels understand the causes of churn and propose commercially viable counter offers
Support the creation of business cases for presentation to the monthly Pricing Approvals meeting
Working closely with the Acquisition trading understand the impact of revised acquisition pricing upon the retention teams and support the acquisition business case submissions into the monthly Pricing Approvals meeting.

Monthly Briefing
The Customer Trading Manager will work with the Acquisition team prepare and present a monthly Channel Brief which integrates retention plans into the acquisition campaign themes and pricing
