Yoh has a contract opportunity for a CUSTOMER TICKET SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our client in Orlando, FL.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide Tier I support for Customer Ticketing Process.
- Initial problem solving and analysis of service outages.
- Work cross-departmentally to resolve any outages.

Job Qualifications:

- Two to three (2 - 3) years of experience in wireless network technologies and environments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, ISPs and Router configuration.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- RF Knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent Communications Skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts during non-business hours.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
