Key accountabilities:
Being the primary contact for both new and existing customers, securing appointments for the various current accounts, savings accounts and mortgage products.
Handling calls effectively using the system to manage inbound and outbound calls, whilst delivering an excellent quality of service.
Taking ownership of queries and follow complaints/issues through where appropriate to deliver a positive customer experience.

Professional and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Accuracy
Excellent computer and communication skills
Passionate about delivering an exceptional level of customer service
