ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Projects an attitude of service, empathy, and patience to all customers under all circumstances and ensures caller understands and has complete information.
2) Should be customer service focused, able to deal with customers in friendly and polite manner
3) Proficient in Robust multitasking skills (eg able to log calls and interact with the customer simultaneously)
4) Utilizes various resources (computer systems, published materials, websites) to assess the situation to determine an appropriate course of action.
5) Maintains quality service by following policies and procedures
6) Proficient in handling irate customers
7) Good communication skills and strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8) Accurately addresses caller's inquiries using various administrative systems
SKILL SET REQUIRED
1) Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
2) Strong problem-solving skills
3) Proficiency in English - Written and Spoken
4) Must have excellent motivational, listening, and problem solving skills
5) Very customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner
6) Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
1) Undergraduate/Graduates in any stream
2) Overall 1 year. experience
3) Preferred candidate must have at least 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service experience
