CUSTOMER SUPPORT 6 MONTH + FIXED TERM CONTRACT, NETHERLANDS!

Proteus Europe, operating as an employment agency, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to work a fixed term 6-8 month contract in Breda, Netherlands.

Our client a leading corporation is looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to become an integral member of their established team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take total ownership of customer orders from PO reception to final delivery.
- The key point of contact for customers on all Business as Usual Activities
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence in terms of order treatment and follow-up.
- Responsible for the billing of all relevant products and services associated with their customers (where practical and defined)

1. ACT AS MAIN INTERFACE FOR CUSTOMERS AND SALES DURING ORDER TREATMENT PROCESS

- Receive, process and acknowledge orders to customers.
- Pro-active contact to customer on any order issues.
- Follow-up and reporting to customers, Customer Support Managers & Business Managers.
- Liaison with the operation in terms of all aspects of business as usual customer relationships

2.OWNER OF ORDERS DURING COMPLETE PROCESS (FROM SALES AGREEMENT TO DELIVERY AND INVOICING)

-Define order specifications with customer, technical consultants and sales
-Successfully support the management of new customers into the business with the support of sales, TC and Project Management
-Obtain all customer and regulatory body approvals for customer card orders (where defined and possible)
-Take order, enter it in order taking system and/or local ERP system, ensure that the planning department has scheduled the order in production in order to meet the customer delivery requirement, then accordingly commit to customer on the delivery date.
-Ensure that orders are entered to the backlog in an accurate and timely manner
-Participate to the production meetings where necessary and follow-up and report any production issues to the appropriate people
-Organise and/or follow-up shipments (with the shipping department. In the case of UK shipments to be done by the CS in charge)
-Manage and/or control the invoicing process (depending on systems/order flows type).
-Follow-up quality issue: complaint registration, review and communication between the Escalation Manager, sales, customer and operation on any quality problem.
-Review order status and escalate any revenue risk to Customer Support Manager
-Ensuring anticipated revenue is billed during the correct month and that the monthly revenue forecast is met
-Manage all customer BAU change requests, ensure that change is recorded, distributed, actioned, followed and billed accordingly

3.REPORTING & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

-Reporting to customer the agreed reports.
-Prepare and participate to performance review meeting with account manager and customer.
-Participate in the customer support back-up system defined by the Customer Support manager and cover for colleagues when necessary

4.RECORD MANAGEMENT

-Responsible for keeping all electronic files related to an order, and to archive it according to local procedures.
-Maintain all files in accordance with regulatory body requirements
-Ensuring all backlog and pending orders are managed and kept updated
-Ensuring all archiving is done in accordance with the local process

CANDIDATES MUST SPEAK FLUENT DUTCH, FRENCH AND ENGLISH.
