-Assist the sales team in administrative tasks
-Solve or escalate order and logistics related requests
-Capture customer complains in the quality management system
-Handle and monitor all order types and order tracking
-Create debit and credit notes
-Maintain contracts in database
-Monitor accounts receivables and payment follow-up
-Capture market information in database
-Provide customers with all relevant product information
-Compile and prepare informational data as required
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Bachelor degree in business administration preferred
-Industry experience in similar role is mandatory
-Fluency in Finnish, Swedish and English (additional languages skills are beneficial)
-SAP R/3 knowledge
