Customer Support Officer/Back Office/Settlements/SWIFT
Responsibilites:
- Investigating and resolving confirmation mismatches and settlement failures
- Participating in small-scale IT projects, as required
- Maintaining static data
- Producing reports
YOUR PROFILE:
- Minimim of 1 year experience in the Back Office/Front Office support function
- Customer focus
- SWIFT, settlements, financial products knowledge
- Knowledge pf Reuters and Bloomberg
- Fluency in English, French or German would be a plus
