A CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER IS REQUIRED TO JOIN THIS HIGH PROFILE PROJECT IN A 6+MONTH CONTRACT.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will be required to provide support for the oversight of customer operations for this project. You will focus on ensuring effective and accurate configuration of customer facing systems, drafting and seeking approval for responses to customer issues, and analysing reporting relating to customer interactions with the system and proposing opportunities for improvements.

The successful candidate will have the following:

- At least 5 years experience in a customer service environment, preferably with experience in customer channels
- Experience with PROCESS IMPROVEMENT with the ability to understand and analyse data acquired from the Customer Contact Centre
- Technical understanding of customer channels including IVR, WEBSITES AND CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRES
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven experience working with outsource service providers
- Able to employ lateral thinking and problem solving techniques
- Good skills in developing relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
