Customer support - Helpdesk - Customer Service (Requires to drive ideally)

Our client, a leading global financial company, is seeking to appoint a Service Request Analyst for their busy Service Centre.  This is a great opportunity for a recent college or university graduate who is looking for that first step into a career with a global company. Initial training and support will be provided and there is room for progression into different departments once established.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

- To reset and unlock passwords in a timely manner both via telephone and e-mail.
- Provide support to a high amount of end users on a daily basis, all of which are colleagues within the company group.
- You will gain a strong understanding of the Remedy workflow engine to support customers in this dynamic working environment.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Ideally some previous experience of working in a process/workflow driven environment supporting customers in a complex setting.
- Experience of using an automated helpdesk workflow tool for Request Management.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.

Desirable:

- First-hand experience of working with Remedy as a workflow engine for requests/tasks.
- Previous experience of  supporting staff within the Banking/Finance industry

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong learning ability.
- Confident in your own ability and self-motivated.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy/attention to detail.
- Logical/process driven approach to work coupled with ability to work under own initiative in problem solving.
- Strong team player able to handle difficult' customers.
- Excellent time keeping and time management, reliable with a 'can do' attitude.
