Our client is one of the leading gaming brands in the world and they are seeking a German and English speaking Customer Support agent to join their talented and bubbly team on a contract until June 2013 initially.

Please only apply if you are fluent in German, both written and verbal.

We are seeking an Escalation Agent with a proven background in customer service, within a customer services environment where they have driven solutions to issues that have been raised. You should be comfortable working within a global organisation and will possess a results focused, inquisitive approach to problem solving. You will be comfortable and have a proven ability in dealing with conflict management in challenging and political situations through to a positive resolution.

You will have a good sense of humour and be comfortable working within a lively environment where the team has an exuberant sense of humour. You will also have an appreciation if not a passion for gaming and will have the ability to prioritise their workload efficiently within a busy environment. It would be highly desirable that you come from the gaming industry but this is not essential should you have a strong customer services background.

You will have worked within a target driven customer services team and be comfortable working under pressure. You will be very detail focused, high quality standards and will have some technical knowledge.

You must speak German and English fluently, both written and verbal to a good business standard. If you have any additional European languages this would be a distinct advantage however is not essential.
