At Proxyclick, Customer Support is a position we consider essential to our success. We are a customer-centric company, and the whole team works hard to deliver a customer experience that's not just good, but great.
The Customer Success Expert position is a fulfilling one that requires a broad set of skills. As part of a small customer success team spanning both sides of the Atlantic, your responsibilities include:
Resolve issues faced by clients. Some are easy and documented, while others are new and complex
Be the bridge between client and the different teams: report bugs to QA, share user feedback to Product team, channel and prequalify integration requests to the development team ...
Contribute to the development of the company at large. Of course, you'll be the primary contributor to our Help Center, but there are surely plenty of other ways your talents can contribute to Proxyclick: write a blog article, organize a webinar, introduce new ways of working ...

Must haves

A genuine passion to help others
A genuine passion to engage with customers every day
Ability to build, maintain, and foster strong relationships with key users
Great problem-solving skills. You'll have to resolve new situations every day
Excellent written communication skills. You need to be able to explain complex situations and resolution paths in a concise and clear way
Empathy and flexibility. You naturally adapt your approach in function of the situation (formal/informal client; happy/unhappy client; ...)
Excellent organization. You prioritize well your (sometimes conflicting) priorities
Computer literacy. We don't expect you to be a web developer, but you are good at making technology work. Part of the job includes screen-sharing sessions with the client looking at their printer, browser or Network settings
Fast-learner, excited by technology and the future of the Internet
Self-driven personality
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Previous troubleshooting experience, ideally in a B2B environment
Previous experience in a web startup
Previous experience discussing technical integrations between web services
Previous experience writing technical documentation
Knowledge of German, Dutch, French
Flexibility on working hours, including on some public holidays
Strong skills in darts, table tennis or pool ;-)
