Customer Support Executive

One of our clients is offering a great opportunity working as part of the Helpdesk team managing clients from throughout Europe. This global organisation is keen to bring in someone who speaks French and English to fluent business level to work as part of the Customer Support team. The role will involve taking calls from customers, logging the information they provide and distributing it to the right place.

Requirements:
*Must be fluent in French and English
*Ability to work under pressure
*Excellent Customer service skills
*High motivation
*Strong technical skills
*Office Experience

Advantageous:
*One year experience in a Helpdesk environment
*Prior InForm experience
*SQL experience desired
*Remedy experience desired
*Knowledge of software support life cycle desired
*Spanish language skills

This role is based at Thames Valley Business Park in Reading, with parking onsite, or a shuttle bus service to the station.
