We have a requirement for a fully experienced Customer Support Engineer SDM for a contract role with our client in Greece.
You will be expected to perform the following functions consistent with the clients requirements and your extensive experience:
- installation and/or commissioning activities
- system Integration activities
- Provide Technical/Customer acceptance testing
- Provide quality on-site support at customer premises within the city region as required
Experience:
- technical expertise with SDM,One-NDS, NT-HLR
- Software upgrades to SDM product
- Integration and acceptance
- Degree qualification in a related field highly desirable
