- Must have good experience of performing EWSD/HiE-9200 REGEN modification which are distributed around the kingdom
- Performing announcement loading on Ocaneq module during MDT
- Responsible as technical interface bridge between the teams and REGEN modification
- Getting involved in Multivendor test verification and performing various test call scenario as per requirement
- Willing to travel across the kingdom to visit each Exchange and perform planned activities
- Performing Observation post the MDT to mitigate any anomaly behavior
- Collect all customer requirements when needed and proactively follow up on issues.
