YOUR TASKS:

Responsible for customer support within the Radio domain.

Q&A to regional support.

Reviewing customer radio design.

Creating customer reference material (PCB or customer documents or software releases)

Reproducing customer reported issues in the lab.

YOUR PROFILE:

Experience in SW defined Radio domain (AM/FM, DAB, HD, DRM) = one of these domains. (Essential)

Experience in technical customer support and/or design-in experience. (Essential)

Hands-on experience in electronic design, Embedded SW and Digital Signal Processing (DSP). (Essential)

BSc or MSc in a technical specialism, like Electronic Engineering.

1-3 years of Technical Customer Support and/or design-in experience

Lab measurement skills & automated measurements experience.

Good communication skills

Fluent English. Written & spoken

Willing to travel to customers.
