For our client, a leading supplier of ATE in the semi-conductor industry, we are currently hiring a Customer Support Coordinator (f/m)

Location: Böblingen

Employment model: Permanent position with Nash direct GmbH / Harvey Nash Group

Task description:
* You will be the interface to our clients customers regarding service related inquiries about the ATE solutions
* You will be the primary contact for support and pre-post sales functions to the end-customers
* Acting as an interface between our clients customers and the support / sales organization of our client
* The Support of the end-customers in case of service requests, call management, order management (billing), dispatching of onsite resources (people and parts) and contract issues, will be also one of your tasks
* You will perform written support of administrative duties using prescribed procedures
* Documentation of processes and training material

Your profile:
* Commercial degree / industrial apprenticeship
* Practical expertise in Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Service Orientation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and good German
* Experience with Oracle
* Knowledge in billing and order management
* Background in customer service operations in an international environment
